“My Goal is to lose 15 lbs in the first three months. I think this is a reasonable goal and works out to 5 lbs. a month. I imagine that my first few months will be difficult as I’ll be cutting out a lot of the poor foods I’ve been eating. After 3 months, I know that some good habits will have formed such as regular exercise, more water intake, and more balanced organic meals. One thing I need to work on is regular sleep schedules. I’m a night owl and most of my creative genius (Did I say that out loud?) happens in the wee hours of the morning. I know that this can’t be good as I’m up at irregular times.
After 6 months, I will have lost a total of 30 lbs. By the end of one year, I hope to have lost 70 lbs. Hopefully by now, All weight related stress will be gone from my body, I’ll be able to sleep better, all bad habits will be broken and I will return to being the best looking chap on the block!!!”
